RocketCopy - Refund Policy

RocketCopy is shareware: you get 30 days of full functionality before paying anything. Please use the trial to confirm that it does what you need on your own hardware and with your own files.
1. 14-DAY REFUND WINDOW
If you buy and are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full - no justification required - as long as the request is not abusive (for example repeated buying and refunding).
2. ALWAYS REFUNDED (no time limit, within reason)
- the Registration Code was never delivered;
- the Registration Code will not activate the HWID you supplied and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
- duplicate or accidental purchase, including a double charge;
- the product is materially not as described.
3. NOT ELIGIBLE (except where the law provides otherwise)
- requests made more than 30 days after purchase, where the code was delivered and works;
- a new code needed because you replaced the system disk, renamed the computer or reinstalled Windows after activation - this is solved by re-issuing your code for the new HWID, not by a refund;
- requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
4. EU / UK CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right; where applicable the checkout flow will ask for that consent. Nothing in this policy reduces any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email rocketcopy26@outlook.com with:
- the email address used at checkout;
- the order number / invoice ID issued by the payment provider;
- if the request is activation related, your HWID as shown in the About dialog.
We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by the payment provider; depending on your bank it can take 5-10 business days for the money to appear.
6. CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us first. A chargeback is almost always slower than a refund, and it can delay the resolution of a technical problem that we could have fixed quickly.
