Is this a subscription?
No. $9.95 once, and the version you bought keeps working forever. There is no recurring charge.
How many computers can I activate?
Up to three. The license key is bound to each machine's hardware fingerprint.
Does activation require an internet connection?
No — activation is fully offline. You paste your license key into the app and it verifies locally.
I replaced my system disk or reinstalled Windows and the key stopped working.
That changes the hardware fingerprint. Email rocketcopy26@outlook.com with your order details and we will re-issue the key for the new machine, free of charge.
What data does RocketCopy send?
None by default. The software contains no analytics and no telemetry, and your files never leave your computer. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Ask for a refund within 14 days and you get your money back, no justification needed. See the Refund Policy.
